Watmuri Village has considerable fisheries potential that supports the local economy, particularly for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). However, the utilization of fisheries products is still dominated by the sale of raw materials, resulting in low added value. This condition leads to suboptimal community income and vulnerability to price fluctuations and fishing seasons. This community service program aims to improve the knowledge, skills, and capacity of MSME actors in developing higher economic value fishery products through processing diversification. The methods employed include identification of MSME potential and problems, counseling on the importance of product diversification, training in fisheries processing based on local potential, and mentoring in packaging techniques and simple business management. The activities were carried out participatively by involving MSME actors as main partners. The results showed an increase in MSME understanding and skills in processing fisheries products into various processed products such as dried and semi-moist products. MSME actors began to understand the importance of product quality, packaging, and added value as key factors in business development. This activity is expected to strengthen the role of Watmuri Village MSMEs as drivers of the local economy based on sustainable fisheries resources
