Journal of Systems Biology and Mathematical Modeling (JSBMM) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access forum dedicated to advancing the integration of mathematical modeling with systems-level understanding of biological phenomena. We publish original research, methodological advances, comprehensive reviews, and interdisciplinary case studies that bridge theoretical frameworks with experimental and computational applications across molecular biology, ecology, epidemiology, and bioinformatics.

JSBMM welcomes contributions that explore, but are not limited to, the following areas: Mathematical Biology and Biomedicine, Dynamical Systems Theory and Applications, Ecology and Evolutionary Dynamics, Epidemiological Modeling, Bioinformatics and Computational Systems Biology, Interdisciplinary and Translational Research.
