   All articles published in JSBMM are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license allows users to:

   • Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format
   • Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially
   • No additional restrictions — You may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits
   Attribution requirement: Users must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made.
2. 2 Copyright Retention

   Authors retain the copyright of their work without restrictions. As part of the submission process, authors grant JSBMM the right of first publication under the CC BY 4.0 license. Authors also grant third parties the right to use their work freely as long as proper attribution is given [citation:8].

   Authors are free to:

   • Deposit their published article in institutional repositories
   • Share their work on personal websites or academic networks
   • Use their article for teaching, presentations, or further research

   No permission is required from the publisher for these uses, as long as proper attribution to the original publication in JSBMM is maintained.

• DOAJ Criteria: We meet the Basic Criteria for indexing in the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) [citation:4].

1. 1 LOCKSS/CLOCKSS: Content is archived using LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) to ensure permanent preservation [citation:9].
2. 2 Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs): All articles are assigned DOIs for persistent identification and citability.
3. 3 Institutional Repository: Content is backed up and preserved by PT. Gammabeta Edu and Tech's digital archiving systems.
