1 Passes the initial editorial screening;
2 Successfully completes the peer-review process;
3 Completes required revisions;
4 Receives an official acceptance decision from the Editorial Team.

D. WHAT DOES THE APC SUPPORT?

The APC contributes to the operational and publishing activities required to maintain the journal and disseminate published articles, including:

Editorial Management

Management of manuscript submissions, editorial workflow, communications, and publication administration.

Publishing Infrastructure

Operation and maintenance of the journal's digital publishing and OJS infrastructure.

Production

Copyediting, layout preparation, galley production, and publication processing.

Digital Dissemination

Online publication, metadata preparation, discoverability, and long-term scholarly accessibility.

E. APC AND EDITORIAL DECISIONS

The ability or willingness of an author to pay the APC does not affect the editorial evaluation or peer-review process. Manuscripts are evaluated on the basis of academic quality, originality, statistical and methodological rigor, ethical compliance, and relevance to the aims and scope of JSDA. No article may be accepted solely because an APC can be paid.

F. PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payment instructions will be provided to the corresponding author only after the manuscript has been formally accepted. Authors should make payments only through the official payment information communicated by Journal of Statistics and Data Analytics or PT. Gammabeta Edu and Tech.

Authors are advised not to transfer publication fees to personal accounts or to payment information obtained from unofficial communications.

G. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

After payment, the corresponding author may be required to provide proof of payment through the journal's official communication channel. The Editorial Office will verify the transaction before the article proceeds to the final production stage where applicable.

H. WITHDRAWAL AFTER ACCEPTANCE

Authors who wish to withdraw an accepted manuscript should contact the Editorial Office and provide a clear reason for the withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests will be handled in accordance with the journal's Withdrawal Policy and the stage of publication processing.

I. TRANSPARENCY OF CHARGES

JSDA is committed to transparent publication charges. Authors should be informed about applicable publication fees before completing the publication process. The journal does not support hidden publication fees or charges that have not been appropriately communicated to authors.

J. CHANGES TO THE APC POLICY

The publisher may periodically review the Article Processing Charge to reflect changes in publishing operations and journal development. Any revised APC will be displayed on the official JSDA website. The applicable charge should follow the policy communicated for the manuscript during its publication process.

Important Notice

Authors should refer only to the official JSDA website and official Editorial Office communications for information regarding publication charges. Any request for payment that appears inconsistent with the information published on this page should be verified with the Editorial Office before payment is made.
