Authors must submit manuscripts online by first registering as authors on the O’dora Journal of Educational Studies website: https://gammabeta.id/ojs/index.php/ojes .

Authors are required to prepare their manuscripts using the official O’dora Journal of Educational Studies template and to comply strictly with the author guidelines. Manuscripts that do not follow the prescribed template, deviate from the journal’s aims and scope, or fail to meet the required academic and formatting standards may be returned to the authors or desk-rejected by the editorial team.

Please note that only manuscripts submitted in the correct format and in accordance with the journal guidelines will be considered for the peer-review process.

1. 1 Manuscripts must be prepared using the official O’dora Journal of Educational Studies template.
2. 2 The submitted manuscript must be an original scientific work, has never been published, and is not under consideration for publication in another journal or publication venue.
3. 3 Manuscripts may be written in Bahasa Indonesia or English. Articles written in Bahasa Indonesia must include abstracts in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. Articles written in English only need to provide an English abstract.
4. 4 The title must be concise, clear, specific, and should not create multiple interpretations. The title should not contain uncommon abbreviations and should be no more than 15 words.
5. 5 Author names must be written without academic degrees, titles, or positions. Each author must provide complete affiliation information.
6. 6 The manuscript must include the name and e-mail address of the corresponding author.
7. 7 The abstract must be written in one paragraph, in italic format, using Book Antiqua 10 pt, single spacing, and should contain 150–250 words.
8. 8 Keywords must consist of 3–6 words or phrases that represent the main content of the manuscript.

The manuscript should be organized according to the official journal template. In general, the manuscript consists of the following main sections:

1. Introduction

The introduction should consist of at least four paragraphs. The first paragraph presents the general background related to the research topic, field, phenomenon, or observed variables. The second paragraph explains the research problem and the urgency of the study. The third paragraph presents the research gap or novelty by comparing the present study with relevant previous studies. The final paragraph states the research objectives and the scope or limitations of the study.

2. Method

The method section should consist of at least four paragraphs or subsections. It should describe the research type and design, participants or subjects, sampling technique, research instruments, validity and reliability of instruments, research procedures, data collection, and data analysis techniques. Quantitative and qualitative studies must provide clear information on how the data were analyzed and interpreted.

3. Results and Discussion

The results and discussion section should present the main findings of the study in a concise and systematic manner. The findings may be supported by tables, figures, statistical analysis, or other relevant evidence. Each finding should be discussed using relevant empirical and theoretical sources. Authors should also compare their findings with previous studies and explain similarities, differences, implications, and possible limitations.

4. Conclusion

The conclusion should provide a clear answer to the research objectives or hypotheses. It should not simply repeat the results and discussion, but should summarize the main scientific findings, implications, significance, and possible recommendations for future research.

5. Recommendations

The recommendation section should describe future research directions, practical recommendations, or possible improvements related to the research findings. Limitations or obstacles that may influence the findings may also be stated in this section.

All references cited in the manuscript must be listed in the reference section. References should primarily come from scientific journal articles, with at least 80% of references from primary sources. References should preferably be published within the last 10 years, except for fundamental theories or important classical sources.

Each manuscript should include at least 25–30 references. Authors are strongly encouraged to use reference management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, EndNote, or similar tools.

• ✓ Manuscripts must be thoroughly proofread before submission.
• ✓ Manuscripts must be screened for plagiarism before submission.
• ✓ Manuscripts that fall outside the journal’s aims and scope will not be processed for review.
• ✓ Manuscripts that use an incorrect format may be returned to the authors for revision before editorial screening.
• ✓ The editor will communicate primarily with the corresponding author during the submission, review, revision, and publication process.
