Open Access Policy

⚡ Quick Summary: O’dora Journal of Educational Studies provides immediate open access to all published articles. Readers may access, read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to, and reuse articles freely, provided that proper credit is given to the original authors and source.

A. OPEN ACCESS STATEMENT

O’dora Journal of Educational Studies (OJES) is an open-access journal. All articles published in this journal are made immediately and permanently available online to readers without subscription fees or access barriers.

The journal believes that open access to scholarly works supports the wider dissemination of knowledge, increases academic visibility, encourages scientific collaboration, and contributes to the advancement of education, educational psychology, teacher education, and social humanities studies.

Open Access Principle: All published articles are freely available to the public immediately after publication, without embargo.

B. READER RIGHTS

Readers are allowed to access all published articles free of charge. Under the open-access policy of OJES, readers may:

These rights are granted provided that the original authors, article title, journal name, volume, issue, page numbers, DOI or URL, and license information are properly cited.

C. COPYRIGHT AND LICENSING

Authors retain the copyright of their published articles and grant O’dora Journal of Educational Studies the right of first publication. Published articles may be shared and reused in accordance with the journal’s open-access license.

License: Unless otherwise stated, articles published in OJES are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

This license permits users to copy, distribute, display, perform, adapt, remix, transform, and build upon the work for any purpose, including commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original authors and source.

Proper attribution should include the author name, article title, journal title, publication details, DOI or URL, and a link to the license where applicable.

D. NO EMBARGO POLICY

OJES does not apply any embargo period to published articles. All articles are freely available immediately after publication through the journal website.

Access Availability: Readers do not need to pay, subscribe, or register to access published articles.

E. AUTHOR SELF-ARCHIVING POLICY

Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit and share their published articles in institutional repositories, subject repositories, personal websites, academic networking platforms, and other non-commercial scholarly platforms.

Authors may archive the submitted version, accepted version, and published version of their articles, provided that the published version clearly cites the original publication in OJES and includes the DOI or article URL.

Recommended Citation: Authors who share their articles are encouraged to link back to the official article page on the OJES website.

F. ACCESS AND REUSE CONDITIONS

Users may reuse published content as long as they comply with the following conditions:

  1. 1 The original authors and source must be properly credited.
  2. 2 The reuse must include a reference to the article title, journal name, publication details, DOI or URL.
  3. 3 A link to the applicable Creative Commons license should be provided when possible.

Transparency Note: The journal does not charge readers for accessing published articles. Any publication charges applied to authors must be clearly stated on the journal website.
