O'dora Journal of Educational Studies is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published by PT. Gammabeta Edu and Tech in cooperation with FKIP Universitas Halmahera. The name “O’dora” is inspired by one of the values rooted in the cultural philosophy of Hibualamo, which reflects love, care, humanity, and togetherness. This philosophy symbolizes the journal’s commitment to promoting education as a human-centered process that nurtures knowledge, character, social awareness, and meaningful learning.

In the educational context, O’dora is understood as a value of compassion that positions the learning process as a space for building harmonious, empathetic, inclusive, and mutually respectful relationships among educators, students, and their social environment. This value emphasizes that education should not only develop intellectual competence but also strengthen humanity, social responsibility, mutual respect, and meaningful interaction within the learning community.
