A. ARTICLE PROCESSING CHARGE POLICY

Dialogue: Educational and Social Perspectives is committed to supporting broad and equitable access to scholarly communication. The journal currently does not charge authors any Article Processing Charge (APC) for manuscripts submitted, reviewed, accepted, or published in the journal. Therefore, authors are not required to pay publication fees in order for their articles to be processed or made publicly available.

C. DIAMOND OPEN ACCESS

Dialogue follows a Diamond Open Access publishing model. Under this model:

authors do not pay publication charges;
readers do not pay subscription or access charges;
published articles are freely accessible online;
access to publication is not determined by an author's financial capacity;
editorial and peer-review decisions remain independent of financial considerations.

D. NO HIDDEN FEES

Dialogue does not impose hidden charges during manuscript submission, review, acceptance, copyediting, layout, or publication. Authors will not be asked to make a payment as a condition for editorial consideration, peer review, acceptance, or publication. Any request for payment that does not originate from the journal's official editorial office should be considered unauthorized.

E. EDITORIAL INDEPENDENCE

The absence of Article Processing Charges does not affect the journal's editorial standards. All manuscripts are evaluated based on academic quality, originality, relevance, methodological rigor, ethical compliance, and scholarly contribution. The acceptance or rejection of a manuscript is entirely independent of financial considerations.

F. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY FOR AUTHORS

The journal's zero-APC policy is intended to reduce financial barriers to scholarly publishing and support participation by researchers, educators, practitioners, students, and scholars from diverse institutional, regional, and socioeconomic backgrounds. This approach is particularly intended to promote equitable scholarly communication and wider participation in academic dialogue.

G. PUBLICATION SUPPORT

The operation and publication of Dialogue: Educational and Social Perspectives are supported by PT. Gammabeta Edu and Tech and the journal's editorial infrastructure. This support enables the journal to maintain its current Diamond Open Access model without charging authors or readers.

H. FUTURE CHANGES TO THE APC POLICY

If the journal's Article Processing Charge policy changes in the future, any new fee structure will be clearly and transparently announced on the journal website before it applies. Authors will not be charged retroactively for manuscripts submitted under the zero-APC policy.
